Wash and peel potatoes, boil till soft and add a little soft few minutes before turning off heat. Put in food flask to retain heat.

Put a little vegetable oil in a pan, add ur diced tomatoes and pepper and onions and stir fry for about 3minutes, add a pinch of salt and a tiny part of seasoning cube Nd stir, whisk Ur egg and add it and stir continuously till done.
