Par boil your Noodles. for the fried(I added curry in the water). You drain and set aside. Save some of the water used in par boiling.

Heat your pan on medium heat, and add oil. Add in your onions let it cook for a few minutes. Add your tomato paste,pepper and noodle seasoning.

Pour in some of the noodle water then add your par boiled Noodles and pea's, cover and let it cook for some minutes.

For the fried Noodles, heat your pan on medium heat, add in onions, fresh tomatoes, pepper, diced carrot and green beans and noodle seasoning. After some minutes you add a little noodle water you saved.

Lastly you add your Noodles and let it cook for some minutes.

Turn off the heat and serve.
