Ingredients

  • 1/4lemon juice
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 63 g/quarter simas Butter
  • 1Egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar

  2. 2

    Add egg mix using mixer,add lemon juice and mix

  3. 3

    Put in a pot and stir with spoon until smooth,change the spoon and use spatula continue stirring until thick

  4. 4

    Pour in a bowl and cover with leather then refrigerate for 20min

  5. 5

    After 20min transfer into desired container can be stored for 6 month in fridge
