Steps

Wash off the chicken with warm water.

Heat ghee in kadhai.Add cumin seeds,bay leaves, sliced onions.Saute it.

Now,add garlic, cloves,ginger,dry chilli,green and black cardamom, cinnamon stick,star anise.Saute it.

Add chicken,mix it well.let it be cooked well add add salt, turmeric powder.you can add little water.stir it well untill it is cooked.off the flame.

Heat the ghee in tadka pan.add 2 dry chillies, garlic cloves.Give this tadka to the chicken.It's ready to serve.
