Ingredients

  • 250 gmchicken pieces
  • 200 gmpaneer cubes
  • 1 tbspginger,garlic paste
  • 2 big onion paste
  • 3 big tomato puree
  • to tastesalt and red chilli
  • 2.1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 3. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 4. 1 tsp cumin
  • 5. 2 tbsp oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add cumin,saute ginger,garlic add onion,tomato paste and spices and cook for a minute

  2. 2

    Place chicken and paeer and 4 cups of water

  3. 3

    Cover the lid and cook till chicken become soft and gravy thick,serve with rice.
