Steps

First soak almonds in warm water for 2 hours.

Now peel off the skin of almonds and grind them in mixer grinder with 1 cup of Lukewarm milk. Don't make very fine paste.

Now heat ghee in a wok / pan and roast the badam paste for 10 minutes. Now add remaining milk and Sugar, again roast it for 15 minutes in low flame.

Now add saffron water and cardamom powder and mix it well.

Keep stirring it other wise it might burn. Your delicious and healthy badam halwa is ready to serve.
