Ingredients

  • 1 cup gratedMooli white part
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 tspGinger grated
  • 1/2 choppedOnion
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tspCummin seed
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1 tspAmchur powder
  • salt to taste
  • Oil or ghee for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add all the above ingredients and mix it well as raddish will leave water so if u need then only add water but b careful and prepare hard dough

  2. 2

    Once done prepare rotis of it

  3. 3

    Fry both the sides with ghee and serve with pickle and curd
