Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlbesan
  2. 1/2 bowlwheat flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  7. 1/4 tsphaldi
  8. Oil/ghee as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add water and make a dough

  3. 3

    Dough rest for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Make balls with the dough

  5. 5

    Roll the paratha,heat the tawa put the paratha add ghee and shallow fry from both sides.
