Dalia kheer (broken wheat kheer)
Steps

Add ghee in cooker. Once ghhe heated. Add Dalia. Stir and roast it until golden brown.

Add 1 cup water. Close the lid. Cook until 5-6 whistles on medium flame. Switch off gas. Once steam releases open cooker.

Add milk, malai, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, dry fruits & sugar. Again cook it on slow flame until thick kheer. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes.

Switch off gas. Serve in bowl. Garnish with almonds, raisins enjoy hot kheer in chilli winters.
