1/2 kgcauliflower chopped
1/2 bowlgram flour
To tastesalt
To tastered chilli powder
To tastechaat masala
1 tspcoriander powder
As neededwater
As neededoil for fry

Take a big bowl add gram flour, salt, chopped cauliflower,red chilli powder,coriander powder, as needed water and mix well

Take a pan heat the oil and fry it

Take a serving plate add the pakora and sprinkle the chat masala and serve it
