In a clean bowl seive your flour, add cinnamon powder, vanilla powder, sugar, baking powder, pinch of salt and mix well then add your butter and incorporate.

Add water to the mixture bit by bit and knead the dough very well, when done set aside for some minutes.

Cut the dough into 3 pieces flatten on a board and put the boiled egg, close and neatly roll it to avoid opening when frying

Put oil in a pan on fire when hot put in your egg rolls and fry remove when golden brown serve with tea or drink of your choice
