  1. 3 1/3 lbschicken wings (about 1.5 kg)
  2. 1/2 cupflour (about 60 grams)
  3. 1 teaspooncayenne pepper
  4. 1 tablespoonpaprika
  5. 1 teaspoonblack pepper

  1. 1

    Coat the chicken wings with flour and spices.

    Lightly fry the wings in a skillet to seal them and create a crispy layer, but do not cook them all the way through.

    Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 1 hour.

    Toss the wings with your favorite sauce and serve immediately.
