Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Tintomato, vegetable oil, spices
  3. Pepper, green pepper, spring onions, grated carrot, salt seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil your rice and seive.

  2. 2

    Fry your oil,onions, pepper and tin tomato.

  3. 3

    Add water and spices and mix. add seasoning

  4. 4

    Add your rice and allow to cook. Then add your spring onions, green pepper and grated carrot.
