  1. 5sweet potatoes
  2. 1little vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean and boil your sweet potatoes

  2. 2

    Peel your sweet potatoes.. Cut into wedges

  3. 3

    In a pan, add a little oil and let it heat up...throw in your sweet potato wedges

  4. 4

    Let me fry till crispy on the edges...add a dash of paprika(optional)

  5. 5

    Serve with a low carb omelette
