1small onions
1seed of pepper
1medium tomato
salt
maggi
pnut oil

Slice the plantain and salt it, then fry and set aside

Whisk egg and add very little salt
3

Put frying pan on fire and let it heat up
4

Add the chopped vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes

Season it and then add the whisked egg
6

Stir until it sets

Serve with fried plantain
