Bhabra is a very famous bihari snack which i'bhi loved since my childhood days. It's made with either the soaked rice which is ground to a dosa like batter or simply we can use the rice flour and lots of green peas.. it is also a holi special item.

Bhabra is a very famous bihari snack which i'bhi loved since my childhood days. It's made with either the soaked rice which is ground to a dosa like batter or simply we can use the rice flour and lots of green peas.. it is also a holi special item.
Steps

In a big bowl mix together all the dry ingredients except the green peas. Now slowly add water and make a thick batter.

Then add the green peas to it and let it rest for 10 mins.

After 10 mins add more water if required and adjust the consistency like idli batter. Check the seasoning as well. Add more salt if required.

Now heat oil in a pan then reduce the flame to low. Now pour in spoonfuls of the bhabhra batter to make small tikkis. Cover the lid.

Cook for 5-6 mins flipping the bhabhra and till it is golden from both sides.

Serve hot with your favourite chutney or ketchup.
