Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlarhar dal
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  6. 2garlic
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. Pinchhing
  10. 2 tspghee
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and boiled the dal.

  2. 2

    Heat ghee in a wok add hing and chopped onion and saute it

  3. 3

    Now add green chilli,ginger and chopped tomato and saute till leave the oil

  4. 4

    Now add spices and roast for 2 minute

  5. 5

    Add boiled dal,cook on low flame for 5 minute
