  1. 1 cupbrown sugar
  2. 1large onion
  3. 2 tbsRed Pepper Flakes
  4. 4 cupssausage

    Slice sausage

    Slice up onion

    Put both in bowl or pan that can be put in oven

    Put brown sugar in bowl

    Add pepper flakes

    Mix everything together

    Put foil over pan or top if it has one and pop into oven on 350 for 30 minutes. Stir once in between.

    All ingredients can be more or less to your liking. It can be sweeter or more Peppery.
