  1. 2 cantuna fish
  2. 1 packagesinmation crab meat, flake style
  3. 1 1/4onion
  4. 3 tbspmayo
  5. 3eggs
  6. 2 cupsbread crumbs
  7. 2 cupsbread crumbs
  8. 1/3 cupseafood season
  9. 1 2/3 cupcooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in non stick pan, medium heat. Mix all other ingredients together except 2 cups of bread crumbs. I use my hands to make sure everything is mixed well.

  2. 2

    Roll into ball and pat flat like a hamburger patty. Cover both sides in leftover bread crumbs and place in hot grease.

  3. 3

    Cook for 3-4 minutes each side. Remove and cool 1min before serving.

looks good :) We love crabcakes too (but not the cost!). I wanted to check, in your ingredients it has "2 cups bread crumbs" listed twice. Do you use 2 cups for mixing in the crabcakes and then 2 cups for breading? Or is it supposed to be only the ones for breading?
