  • 2 cupsBoil Mushroom (boiled with salt & 1tablespoon white oil)
  • 4 tspCashews and almond paste with powder milk
  • Salt as per your taste
  • 1 tablespoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoonKashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 cupTomato paste
  • 4 tablespoonsWhite oil
  • 2 tablespoonsChopped onion
  • 2 teaspoonGinger,garlic paste

Steps

    Heat oil add sugar & onion, Ginger,garlic fry 2mnts

    Added mushroom & tomato paste

  3. 3

    Cooked 5-10mnts

  4. 4

    Then turmeric,kashmiri red chilli

  5. 5

    Add almond paste

  6. 6

    Then cooked well more 10 to 15mnts

  7. 7

    Ready red mushroom
