  • fresh ginger
  • salt and pepper
  • red onions

  1. 1

    Put the chickpeas overnight in a bowl of water. the next day peel off the skin of the chickpeas. chop onions and coriander and add it with the chickpeas. and its ready to eat. For a extra kick add ginger with it.
