Ingredients

1 big bowl blanched palak\spinach puree
1 cupchopped mushrooms
1 tbspncornflour
1 tspn sugar
1 tspn chopped garlic
to tasteSalt
1 tspn pepper powder
1 cupmilk
1 tspn butter

Steps

Take butter in a pan add chopped garlic and saute

Add mushrooms and saute till they become soft.

Add flour and milk and mix well. Let it cook and become thick.

Add palak puree salt,sugar and water and bring to boil.

Add black pepper powder and cook for mins.

Ready to serve.
