Ingredients

  1. Water yam, coco yam,priwikle,spinach, dry fish and fresh fish,
  2. Perper,red oil,salt and seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Peel your coco yam and water yam wash it and great it keep aside.

    Parboil your fish after washing it well keep aside

  3. 3

    Wash you spinach very well use it to rap your ikpan

  4. 4

    Then put your pot on fire with your fish put oil and crayfish and seasoning once it boils start putting your ikpan.
