First add the crushed tomatoes and all other ingredients less the meat.

Mix and simmer until aromatic

Add the ground beef into the pot (this does not need to be pre-browned. Due to using 90/10 you won't need to worry about draining the grease it will cook directly in)

Simmer until cooked to completion this can be done in as little as 1 hour, however allowing it to cook for 2.5 hours and reduce in liquid makes the flavor significantly stronger.

Serve warm topped with shredded cheddar and sour cream
