Ingredients

20minutes
2serve
  • 3 cupsmilk
  • 1/2 cuprice
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1/4 tbspcardamom powder
  • 2Chopped kiwis
  • HandfulPomegranate seeds
  • as neededChopped grapes
  • 1Orange

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Boil milk after that add rice to it.

  2. 2

    On low flame let it be cooked

  3. 3

    Stir it in every 2 minutes when it gets thick add sugar and cardamom powder to it.

  4. 4

    Than turn off the flame. Now kheer is ready.

  5. 5

    Keep it in room temperature for sometime and let it be cooled.

  6. 6

    When it gets cool put it in refrigerator for 10 minutes.

  7. 7

    Now in a glass add fruits and kheer in layers as shown.

  8. 8

    Firstly add chopped orange in a glass than add kheer to it.

  9. 9

    Secondly add chopped grapes than add kheer to it.

  10. 10

    Thirdly add pomegranate seeds than add kheer.

  11. 11

    Finally add chopped kiwi and than kheer.

  12. 12

    Now your amazing layered fruit rice kheer is ready to eat.
