Heat the pan, then add ghee in it. Then add bayleaf and shahi jeera.Then stir the onion in it till light golden brown.

Then in a large bowl add milk, cardamom powder, Garam masala, sugar and then put this mixture in the pan.

Then add paneer, salt, and Kastoori methi in the pan and then cook it until it becomes thick.

Ready to serve. Serve it hot with naan.
