Blanch & puree the palak.Take a bowl add oil,curd& baking soda mix it well.Rest it 2 minutes,then add sugar & spinach mix it well.Add vanilla essence & vinegar mix it well.

Strain the rava,maida&baking soda.Mix the dry ingredients with wet ingredients,mix it well.Grease a cake mould & put the cake batter in the mould.

Pre heated the cooker,put a stand,then put the cake mould,bake it 45 minutes.First 10 minutes on medium flame,then low flame.After 45 minutes cake is ready,cool it & demould it.

Serve the suji palak cake with palak rabdi.
