Add Bajra and salt in buttermilk and mix it well.

Put the mixture on stove and stir it continuously on high flame.

When a boil comes to the rabdi low the gas flame and keep the utensil on a tawa.

Cover it and cook the rabdi on low flame.

Check it again and again so that Bajra does not stick to the surface of the utensil.

When the Bajra gets cook add ghee or butter to it and stir it well.
- 7
When the Bajra gets cook or when rabdi gets thick put off the flame and cover it for 5 minutes.
- 8
Your rabdi is ready to serve.
