Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupgarbanzo beans
  2. 1chopped medium red onion
  3. 3chopped green onions
  4. 1/2 cupchopped reed, yellow, orange peppers
  5. 1/4 cupchopped green peppers
  6. 1 cupchopped portabella mushrooms
  7. 4 tablespoonsgrape seed oil
  8. Add sea salt, basil, cayenne pepper (season to taste)

Steps

    Bring the water to boil, then reduce the heat slightly and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes for firmer beans, 40 to 50 minutes for softer beans. SLOW COOKER METHOD: Transfer the soaked beans and cover with 6 cups of water to a slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.

    Coat bottom of pot with grape seed oil over medium heat.

    Sauté veggies until soft then add cooked beans and season. Simmer on on low to medium heat for 15?minutes for flavors to infuse and blend. Delicious!

I’m an alkaline-base cook that uses none hybrid, none GMO, all Alkaline foods in which you can imagine how limited one can be. A hybrid substance could be a animal or a plant. This is created by combining two plants of different molecular structures or two animals of two different families. Alkaline none hybrid foods has a PH of 7.1 and above and none alkaline hybrid foods has a PH of 6.9 and below.
