Ingredients

  • 2Tofu (cut into square)
  • 4Eggplant 🍆 (cut Square)
  • Oil for cooking
  • 1/2 tspChicken Powder (optional)
  • Salt and Sugar (depend on your taste)
  • Spices
  • 1Big Chili 🌶
  • 2Chili Padi (can add more if you like spicy)
  • 3tomatoes 🍅
  • 3red onions
  • 2Garlic
  • 1/2 TspBelacan

Steps

  1. 1

    Deep fry tofu and eggplant until half cooked

  2. 2

    Blend all the spices, fry with oil until little bit dry.

    Add chicken powder,sugar and salt.

    Add in Fried tofu and eggplants. Mix well and serve
