Stirfry Vegetable with couscous, coselaw& fried chicken
My 1st time of cooking couscous and it came out wooow. The taste was great. Hubby demanded for round 2

Wash chicken and marinate. Keep in your refrigerator. After 1 hour bring out your chicken and boil with onions and little salt.

When chicken is tender enough to ur taste, turn off the heat and set aside.

Heat up your pan, add vegetable oil drop a little onion and fry your perboiled chicken.

Cut your carrot, spring onions, peas,green pepper and beans, pepper, bell pepper and onions

Stirfry No4 above add seasoning, salt and sauce, taste to be ascertain your sauce are OK.

Add chicken stock to 5above and bring to a boil.

Add your couscous. Note couscous don't require plenty water and time to get cooked.

After 3-5min, turn off your heat and allow to steam. Stir your couscous.

For coselaw. Cut / grate your carrot cabbage, cucumber into desire shape and add mayonnaise. (added sweetxorn to mine)
