Ingredients

  • 1Grated carrot
  • Chopped spinach a handfull
  • 1Chopped green chillies
  • 1/2Chopped capsicum
  • 1Chopped spring onion
  • 2 cupsBesan
  • 1 cupCurd
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red chilli powder as preferred
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 pinchHing
  • Ajwain a pinch crushed
  • Oil to saute
  • Water
  • 1 cupCrumbled paneer

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except oil

    Make a batter of dropping consistency. Add water as required.

  3. 3

    Heat a flat tawa. Add a ladle of batter. Apply oil on sides. Add crumbled paneer on top.Let cook. Flip over and cook till done. Repeat for remaining batter

    Serve with sauce.
