Finely chop capsicum,onion, carrots.

In a pan pour some oil and add mustard seeds.when they start to splutter add cumin seeds.

Put chopped onions and saute them. Add kaddi patta.

Add capsicum, carrots and cook for 5min.

Add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder.

Add water cover with a lid and cook on low flame till veritables become tender.

Add vermicelli. Mix everything together and add water.

Cover with a lid and let it cook on low flame till the water is absorbed.

Serve with tomato ketchup.
