Steps

Heat butter in a nonstick pan, add plain flour and mix well using whisker.cook it on a low flame for 2 mins.

Add milk in 2 or 3 batches.while continue stirring.there should not be any lumps.

While mixture is simmering poke cloves into the onion along with bay leaf and immerse into the milk mixture.cook the mixture for few minutes.

Check the consistency of the sauce as per your needs.

Remove the onion along with Clove and bay leaf from the sauce once it done.

Add salt and black pepper mix well and switch off the flame.

Your white sauce is ready.
