Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1yellow onion, diced
  • 1-2 tbsminced garlic
  • 2ribs of celery, diced
  • 1green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 canskidney beans, drained
  • 12-16 ozandouille sausage, sliced into coins
  • 1/2 cupbroth
  • Seasonings: paprika, cajun, Italian, old bay, salt&pepper
  • Cooked rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Add everything, except rice, to slow cooker and stir to combine. Cook on low 4 hours.

  2. 2

    Serve over rice.
