Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsgrinded wheat
  2. Carrots
  3. Peas
  4. Onions
  5. Veg. Oil
  6. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak and wash the grinded wheat, stain and steam for 1 hour

    Remove from the steamer and add the chopped onions, carrots, cooked peas, veg. oil, pinch od salt and steam again for 30 minutes

    Serve with soup of choice and cold drink
