Besan Dhokla

In a mixing bowl sieve Besan twice

Add suji, salt, sugar, turmeric powder, lemon juice,

Add green chilli paste, ginger paste, oil, and water

Mix well and make semi thick batter,now rest it for 15 min.

In a pan add oil, heat it, add mustard, sesame seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves,salt, sugar, lemon juice and water cook till sugar melt then off the flame and keep aside.

In a big vessel, add water, and stand,cover it and let it boil

In a batter add eno,add 1 tablespoon water on it, mix till fluffy, do not overbeat, and pour this batter in greased mould.

Put this mould in big vessel and cover and cook for 20 min. On medium flame. Then cool it and demould it in serving plate

Pore tadka water with spoon on it and garnish with chopped coriander and grated fresh coconut.
