Prawn and prosecco spaghetti

Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Fry garlic and chilli gently in oil. Turn up the heat a little and add prawns then prosecco. Let it evaporate.

Add a ladle of pasta cooking water and passata. Stir and cook for about 3-4 mins on medium

Drain pasta, add to prawns. Mix well and serve immediately with fresh parsley and a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy :)
