Ingredients

  • 200 gmplum
  • 150sugarcane jaggery
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 2 tsproasted five spices,mustard seeds and red chilli Powder
  • 50 gmsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat jaggery and stir till it is melted

  2. 2

    Now add the plum and keep the heat low till it is soft

  3. 3

    Add salt and sugar mix well

  4. 4

    Switch off the heat and sprinkle roasted masala powder

  5. 5

    Now cool it down and store in an airtight container.
