Steps

Heat oil and temper nigella and mustard seeds

Add onion and Potatoes and saute well

Add ginger garlic paste,salt and turmeric powder and cover

Now add tomato puree and saute till oil separates

Add sugar and mix well and remove

Now take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape puri
- 7
Heat ghee or oil and fry the puri
- 8
Serve it with aaloo dum and enjoy
