Egg cheela with leftover roti

Take a bowl break 3 eggs whisk well and add all the veggies and spices.

Cut the roti into four pieces or as ur desired shape

Heat a non stick pan put 1tsp oil dip the roti piece into egg batter and fry.pour some egg batter on roti and cooked for a minute and flip it and cooked other side.pour few drops of oil on the edges and press. cooked for another minute.serve hot
