Peel the potatoes cnd grate them on a large-holed cheese grater fine-mash sieve, rinse the grated potato well until the water runs clear.

Drain the potatoes, and then place the potato on a clean tea towel or several paper towels. Twist the towel to remove as much moisture from the potatoes as possible

Transfer the grated potato to a bowl and toss it with the salt, garlic powder,and chilli flakes and rice flour.take some amount of potato and make the ovel shape or as ur choice.

Heat apan put oil and heat it. When oil is sizzling hot, place potatoes into the pan fry untill it becomes golden brown then flip it and fry another side.

Remove from pan, and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
