Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupvegetable stock
  2. 1/4 cupquinua
  3. 1 cupsemolina
  4. 1/2 cupspinach puree
  5. 1 tbspgreen chilli and corriender paste
  6. 1/2 tspgarlic paste
  7. 1/4 tspginger paste
  8. 1/2 cupwhisked curd
  9. 1/2 tspsalt
  10. 1/2 tspeno fruit salt
  11. 2 tbspolive oil for greasing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take quinua in a pan add vegetable stock, salt and cooked to till done (if need add some water not to much) when done left to cool

  2. 2

    Now add semolina, cooked quinua, curd, spinach puree, green chilli and corriender, ginger and garlic paste, salt and mix

  3. 3

    Now add whisked curd and mix nicely (if need add water) and cover it and rest for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Now add eno salt and whisk

  5. 5

    Other side heat a idli maker with boiling water, Now grease the tray with oil and pour better in this and arrange the tray in maker, close the lid and cook on medium flame

  6. 6

    When done rest few second to cool and set

  7. 7

    Now left out and serve hot with sambhar or dal tadka for more taste
