  • 1/3 cchopped onion
  • 1/4 cchopped celery
  • 3/4 cketchup
  • 1 Tbmustard
  • 1 Tbwater
  • 2 tspbrown sugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspchili powder
  • 1/4 tspcayenne

    Combine beef, onion and celery

    Microwave 4-5 min on HIGH, drain

  3. 3

    Combine remaining ingredients, add to meat mixture

  4. 4

    Microwave 5 min, POWER 7
