  3. 1/4 cchopped celery
  4. 3/4 cketchup
  5. 1 Tbmustard
  6. 1 Tbwater
  7. 2 tspbrown sugar
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tspchili powder
  10. 1/4 tspcayenne

    Combine beef, onion and celery

    Microwave 4-5 min on HIGH, drain

  3. 3

    Combine remaining ingredients, add to meat mixture

  4. 4

    Microwave 5 min, POWER 7
