Melt butter.

Add milk, sugar, and cocoa powder.

Wait for a boil, let boil for 1 minute and remove from heat.

Add peanut butter, vanilla extract, and oats (1 cup at a time).

Scoop spoonfuls out onto a cookie sheet.
