500 gmsMilk
2 tbspSamak rice flour (vrat rice)
As requiredMixed fruit (apple,banana)
1 bowlPomegranate chopped
1/4 tspCardamom powder
1 tbspRoughly chopped cashew nuts
1 tbspRaisins

Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.

Once boiled,keep it in a low flame.

Stir in between thickening the milk.

Mix samak rice flour (vrat rice flour) in half cup of cold milk.

Add this milk in the thick milk and mix well

Add sugar and cardamom powder.

Serve chilled.
