Ingredients

  1. 2potatoes
  2. 2boiled peas
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tbsp oil
  5. 1/2 spooncumin seeds
  6. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  7. 1 spooncoriander powder
  8. 1/2 spoongaram masala
  9. 1 pinchAsafoetida/ hing
  10. 1/2 cupgreen coriander leaves
  11. 1/2 spoondry mango (aamchoor) powder
  12. 3 bowlswheat flour
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. As requiredWater as required
  15. SomeOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, wash potatoes.Boil peas and potatoes.And mash them well and make fine mixture.

    Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds, hing.Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and peas potato mixture.Add salt, green coriander leaves and aamchoor powder.Mix it well.And keep aside to cool.

    In a paraat take flour, salt,use water as required and make a soft dough.Cover it and keep for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Take flour and make small size balls.Roll out it. Take some mixture and seal it.

    Roll out kachori

    Heat oil in a kadhai, Fry one by one from both the sides.

  7. 7

    Tasty kachories are ready.Enjoy with tomato sauce/curd/tea.

    Note:- dough should be very soft.
