  • As need dry fruits chopped
  • 100 gmkhoya
  • to tasteSugar
  • 1 cupmilk

    Roast carrot in ghee, add milk cooed in steam.

    Now add khoya sugar to taste and chopped dry fruits mix well.

    Carrot halva is ready.
