Wash and soak the sabudana in water for 1/2 hrs.

Boil the milk, addd soaked sabudana and cook on low flame.

Stirring continuously.

When it is done add sugar, chopped nuts and cardamom powder.

Mix well and switch off the flame.

Serve chilled and garnish with chopped dry fruits.
