3brinjal
4chopped onion
3crushed tomatoes
4chopped green chilli
10 gramcoriander
1 spoonsalt
1/2 spoonred chilli powder
4 table spoonoil

Steps

1

Brinjal baked by direct Heat on gas. After it dip brinjal in normal water and peeled out. Mash it properly.

Saute onion, chilli and tomato in a pan with oil
3

Add mashed brinjal and coriander leaves in it and stir it.
4

Serve it with chappati.
